Today, the 2nd of February, is my Dad's birthday.
The other day at Memaw's house, I ran across a box of old pictures. It was a true treasure trove of memorabilia... some of my brother & me, my parents, TONS of pictures of my grandparents from the 20's-40's, plus some dating way back to the late 1800's-early 1900's, & even a couple of old lithograph tiles of my great grandparents.
Especially since I have never seen a single baby picture of my dad, I was ecstatic.
Anyway, Happy Birthday, Dad! I love you!

Wow - I always think it's funny how some people look like themselves even as little babies!! I'd know your dad anywhere in those pictures!!
I thought of him because it was Groundhogs Day! Just like my Uncle Bruce is Saint Patricks Day - if only we all had birthdays this easy for me to remember... And let me just point out the obvious - CRAZY how much Tyler looks like hi dad!
